What...

My 3-year long Architecture experience was filled with executing beautiful structures and interior works that placed client esxperience front and centre.

Why...

Any space that a person experiences has to bring them calm, regardless of the torments they face. While there is not definite solution to this, a good Architectural design takes a client's requirements, movement, psychology and experiences to bring them the best results.

My role

When I started as a Junior Architect, my skills in using 3D modelling tools was utilised. As I learnt more about construction, I had the opportunity to design a wide range of spaces for commercial and residential projects.

Govindraj Residence

The property consists of a quiet and calming atmosphere on the outskirts of Bangalore that serve as the ideal retirement/vacationing home with a spectacular view of Nandi Hills towards the West.

A humble 30x40ft site with a frontyard of 16 feet, the residence has a very low building foorprint of about 850 SQft.

This property is a dreamhome for a couple that had enjoyed a busy lifestyle in the hustling city and now are looking to retire in the peace and quiet of the suburbs.

Meena Residence

A developing area in Bangalore with easy access to the Bangalore international airport, this property is designed for a family of three with the scope of building rental units above in the future.

The layouts and 3D elevations were provided for 2 storey and 3 storey options. The most cost effective solution with minimal civil modifications had to be provided so the family can modify their house whenever budget permits.
