About the Company
Think goods delivery, but electric. The service runs entirely on EVs, making deliveries more cost-efficient while keeping emissions lower.
WHAT NEEDED FIXING?
As the business grows, they need more people to handle more deliveries. They wanted a simple way to manage attendance, assign work, and keep track of deliveries as the team grows.
SOLUTION

New drivers can sign up themselves, and the Admin can approve their applications.

Attendance is location-based. The godown location is marked, and drivers can mark their attendance once they’re within 50 metres of it.
USER FLOW
Necessary for figuring out and straightening all edge cases and flaws.
FIRST TIME REGISTRATION
Drivers and Supervisors can sign up on their own. Their details go to the Admin for approval, and once they’re approved, they’re good to go.
ATTENDANCE
Once a driver gets close enough to the godown, they can simply clock in and start their day.
Attendance is recorded where?
The Admin Dashboard puts everything in one place -
employee details, attendance, and any changes that need to be made.
