What...
Team productivity tool that gamifies & facilitates constant switching between online, offline & hybrid work.
Why...
Post-pandemic work culture has drastically changed, were hybrid models are more common. As such, syncing information among teams still remain a challenge.
My role
Let the design team into the first release of the product (for our company usage) & the second release (for stakeholders). Spiked the number of users by 60% with constant evaluation of UX & bug fixes. As per requirement I would take on the role of PM, UX Designer, UI designer or QA for this project.
How to kickstart a Teamworking Environment?
Lets look at some of the building blocks of team collaboration

Workspace

An office-like floor plan with cabins & video conference rooms that promotes visibility of all your colleagues without compromising their privacy.

Primary feature: Option to drop-into another person's cabin or invite them over to our cabin for discussions, screenshare, etc. Video conference room, open to anyone to participate in face-to-face discussions.

Secondary features: Privacy mode within cabins, options to swicth between light and dark themes, sorting cabins & seating arrangements among multiple floors as per admin's choice.
Chatspace

Individual DMs with anyone in the office.

Forming chat groups for specialised discussions.

Sharing files (any format) within 25MD.

Option to dictate responses in chatspace input field along with rephrase with AI option which can modify your initial sentence however you desire.

Options to sort meetings based on whether you are attending or not.

Most Active and Least Active sections to help leaders quickly identify overwork or disengagement.

Built clear trend-driven graphs to help teams spot spikes, dips, and long-term behaviour across hours, days, and weeks.

Although this is a web-first application, every feature was recreated in mobile interface with careful consideration given to specific scenarios that cater to mobile users

Now Lets talk AI Features
With the collaboration foundation in place, we introduced AI features in small, focused silos, steadily transforming the platform into a personal productivity tool.
Step 1: Rephrase with AI

Input Field 0 State

Each time a user types in the chat space, the system surfaces AI-generated rephrase options—customised by tone and format—to help them communicate more clearly and professionally.
Step 2: Transcription and Co-Pilot

Every meeting is automatically transcribed, and once the session ends, an AI-generated summary is created on the Transcriptions page within the AI Space. From there, users can chat with the AI co-pilot to ask questions, extract key insights, generate action items, or retrieve context from past discussions.
Step 3: Cheatspace & Notespace

Cheatspace (Left)
A live in-meeting assistant that surfaces relevant information on demand, helping users quickly get clarity or context whenever they feel lost or stuck during a discussion.

Notespace (Right)
A block-based manual notetaking workspace designed to capture structured context during meetings — feeding richer inputs to both the user and the AI co-pilot for smarter summaries and post-transcription insights.
